Definitions

The Publisher: the person, natural or legal, who publishes online communication services to the public.

The Application: all applications, web pages, and online services offered by the Publisher.

The User: the person using the Application and services.

Nature of collected data

In the context of using the Application, the Publisher may collect the following categories of data concerning its Users:

Civil status, identity, identification data.
Data related to personal life (lifestyle, family situation, excluding sensitive or dangerous data).
Connection data (IP addresses, event logs, etc.).

Communication of personal data to third parties

No communication to third parties. Your data is not communicated to any third parties. It may, however, be disclosed pursuant to a law, regulation, or decision of a competent regulatory or judicial authority.

Mergers and acquisitions. In the event that we take part in a merger, acquisition, or any other form of asset transfer, we commit to guaranteeing the confidentiality of your personal data and to informing you before these are transferred or become subject to a new privacy policy.

Purpose of reusing collected personal data

Collected data is used to develop commercial statistics and improve our services.

Data aggregation

Aggregation with non-personal data. We may publish, disclose, and use aggregated information (combined in such a way that an individual User can no longer be identified) and non-personal information for industry and market analysis, demographic profiling, promotional and advertising purposes, and other business purposes.

Aggregation with personal data available on the User's social accounts. If you connect your account to an account of another service to make cross-posts, this service may provide us with your profile and login information, as well as any other information you have authorized to be disclosed.

Collection of identity data

Use of the Application requires registration and prior identification. Your personal data (name, first name, email, etc.) is used to fulfill our legal obligations resulting from the services, under the End User License Agreement, the Limited Warranty, if applicable, or any other applicable condition.

You will not provide false personal information and will not create an account for someone else without their permission. Your contact details must always be accurate and up to date.

Retention of technical data

Technical data is retained for the period strictly necessary to achieve the purposes mentioned above.

Retention of personal data and anonymization

During the contractual relationship. In accordance with Article 6-5° of Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to information technology, files, and freedoms, personal data processed for one or more specific purposes shall not be kept beyond the time necessary for the fulfillment of these purposes.

After account deletion. We retain personal data for the period strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes described in our Terms of Service. Beyond this period, they will be anonymized and retained for exclusively statistical purposes and will not give rise to any exploitation of any kind.

Effective deletion. Data purging methods are in place to provide for effective deletion as soon as the retention or archiving period necessary for the fulfillment of determined or imposed purposes is reached. You also have a right of deletion of your data which you can exercise at any time by contacting the Publisher or directly from the Application.

3 years of inactivity. For security reasons, if you have not authenticated on the Application for a period of three years, you will receive an email inviting you to log in as soon as possible, otherwise your data will be deleted from our databases.

Account deletion

On request. The User may delete their account at any time, by simple request to the Publisher OR through the account deletion menu present in the Account settings if applicable.

In case of violation of the Terms of Service. In case of violation of one or more provisions of the Terms of Service, the Publisher reserves the right to terminate or restrict, without prior warning and at its sole discretion, your use and access to the services, to your account, and to all applications.

Security breach detection

We commit to implement all appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security adapted to the risks. In the event of a personal data breach, we will inform you in accordance with applicable law.
