Article 1. Purpose of the Terms of Service

These terms of service ("ToS") define the rules for using the mobile application "Tranquilo AI" (the "Application") published by STAR 48 SAS, a Société par Actions Simplifiée registered with the French commercial court.

By installing the Application on your device and/or accessing it, you fully accept these ToS without reservation and agree to comply with all obligations outlined herein. If you do not agree to these ToS, please do not use the Application.

These ToS constitute the entire agreement between you and STAR 48 SAS regarding your use of the Application. STAR 48 SAS reserves the right to modify these ToS at any time by updating them. The applicable version is the one in effect at the time of your connection and use of the Application. We recommend you regularly check this page.

Article 2. Purpose and features of the Application

The Application allows you to:

Create events corresponding to life occurrences.
View statistics related to the data entered for these events.

These features may be enriched or modified at any time by STAR 48 SAS without incurring liability.

Article 3. Access to the Application

To access the Application you need a mobile device and an Internet connection. The Application can be downloaded for free from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store on the following devices:

Apple iPhone with iOS 13.0 or higher.
Android device with KitKat (API 19) or higher.

The Application may be updated from time to time to add new functions and services. Once installed, simply log in using your email address (via your Facebook or Google account). You agree to provide true, accurate, and as complete information as possible, and to update it promptly if changes occur.

Article 4. License of use

STAR 48 SAS grants you a personal right to use the Application and its content. This right is non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, global, and free of charge, strictly for the use of the Application and no other purpose.

Accessing and/or using and/or attempting to access or use the Application's source or object code is strictly prohibited. You do not acquire any intellectual property rights on the Application or its content other than those granted under these ToS.

Article 5. Personal data

The personal data used primarily includes your email address, profile picture, first name, and/or nickname. You may exercise your rights of access and rectification by sending us an email at support@tranquilo-app.com.

Article 6. Intellectual property

All content in the Application is subject to French, EU, and international copyright and intellectual property laws. All reproduction and representation rights are reserved by STAR 48 SAS, including graphic, iconographic, and photographic representations.

Reproducing and/or representing any trade names, trademarks, logos, domain names, or other distinctive signs is strictly prohibited and constitutes infringement under the French Intellectual Property Code. The word "TRANQUILO" and all logos are registered trademarks of STAR 48 SAS.

Article 7. Availability of the Application

The Application is available online 24/7. However, due to the complexity of the Internet and high traffic at certain times, STAR 48 SAS offers no guarantee of uninterrupted service and cannot be held liable for temporary inaccessibility. No compensation is granted under this provision.

STAR 48 SAS reserves the right to discontinue, without notice or liability, and at its sole discretion, the provision of all or part of the Application or its features, either temporarily or permanently.

Article 8. Limitation of liability and no warranty

STAR 48 SAS will make every effort to ensure the best possible access to the Application. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and not sharing them with third parties. If you become aware of unauthorized use of your account, you must immediately notify us at support@tranquilo-app.com.

You acknowledge and accept that your use of the Application, including the information you share, is your sole responsibility. STAR 48 SAS cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the unavailability or misuse of the Application.

Article 9. No waiver

Failure by either party to enforce any provision of these ToS shall not constitute a waiver of such provision.

Article 10. Applicable law and disputes

These ToS are governed by French law. Any dispute concerning the Application or interpretation of these ToS will be submitted to the competent court in France.
